•  Prices quoted are for the villa per week, NOT per person.
•  Seasons refer to the time you are in the property, not your departure date. If your stay overlaps seasons, you will be charged pro rata for each season.
•  Bed linen, house and kitchen towels are included and are changed weekly.
•  Water and electricity are both metered, and normal usage is included in the price. Gas for cooking and hot water is bottled and is included in the rental price.
•  During the low season only, logs for the wood-burning stove and gas for the portable fire are also included.
•  Cleaning at the end of your stay.

What’s NOT Included in the Price?

•  Beach towels (you'll need to bring your own)

Changeover Day

Changeover day is normally Saturday.

How to Book

You can check availability and reserve the villa for the dates you want by any of the means on the Contact Us page and we will hold the reservation for 5 days. We must by that time have received from you a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the full cost to secure the reservation. The final balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period.

If you want to pay by credit or debit card when it comes to paying the deposit and final balance, you can do so via PayPal, but please note that we will charge an additional 3.5% on payments made via PayPal to cover our costs. If you wish to pay by this method, let us know when you make your booking, and we will send you an electronic invoice.
